I have heard from many of you that are concerned and would like to help solve this mystery. The only information being released by the press at this time is that there were six people staying at the Manor at the time the body was found along with a group of nomads that fled the manor "hitching" rides with passerby's. I have heard that these nomads along with some of the guests are fleeing Colorado one at a time but maybe you can get some information out of them if you see them.
With enough information from enough clues, possibly you can help me solve this crime. It is also important for the security of this case that the information you figure out or obtain is not revealed to others unless I authorize it or release the information myself. It is likely that you will need to hear from most of the guests and see most of the clues in order to piece the entire story together to figure out the murderer, victim, weapon, motive, and location within the Stanley Manor. Of course, the direction and amount of time that that it takes these travelers to get out of Colorado and reach you will all be determined upon the flow of traffic and those people that are willing to take them for a ride.
If you find a clue, let me know and then be sure that they hit the road again quickly. You may even want to create a separate log book for clues, but that is completely up to you.
One other thing about these nomads....they do not like to stay in one place long and thus should only be sent with your postman, not placed locally for a find.
It seems a though some of you don't quite understand the process of solving this mystery so I will explain it once for everyone, but if you see someone ask in the future, please help the poor chap out.
The clues will be sent as hitch hikers with other postal boxes from Colorado. I will attempt to spread them out between boxes, but have not had many PLB's head this way except for the rings (MLB and Games by the Fireplace). The more PLB's that come my way, the quicker that the HH's will be distributed. You will not get one sent to you unless you are lucky and a person that has one sends it your way with another PLB. If you do not sign up for PLB's, you will not solve the mystery. If you are signed up for quite a few PLB's or rings you will get more clues quicker. You are to keep the HH's in PLB's and not plant in a regular boxes because they likely will not make it to people that need the clues they hold.
Therefore, those of you that are wanting to be included in this but are not sure how to get involved. Just get into a ring or PLB and hope the person sending the box to you has a clue to send your way.
Okay, after further consideration I have listed the postal hitch hikers on Atlas Quest for tracking purposes and so that you can log your finds. I have listed them by clue number rather than name so that I don't give away any details that some of you sleuths may pick up on to solve the mystery.
All but one of the 11 clue stamps is done and ready to go so we should start to see some activity soon. I hope that you are all as excited about this mystery as I am. But who will be first???
The Phoenix of the Legendary Creatures Ring and Wynn's Coonawarra Estate of the No Whining Ring have both gone out today. One of them is carrying along the very last of Stanley Manor's Clues. All 11 clues are now floating through the Postal Letterboxing Community.
There may be hints in places that you wouldn't expect them to be. It is also very interesting which ring the very last Stanley manor clue went out in. It may even be worth looking back to find out.
Clues...clues...clues everywhere. Who was murdered, how, where, why, and by whom? Can you solve the mystery?
Paper cuts and lemon juice are not the cause of the murder....HA!
It should be easy for you to solve when I give you such great clues as the three (3) that were embedded in the previous email. Along with the hitch hikers going around you should have it solved in no time. Just save the lemon juice for lemonade this summer.
